We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the order, including updates to sizing, items, or shipping address. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow 1–3 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

📍 Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Rokmystyle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once a tracking number has been issued. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the carrier’s possession, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly.
