🤎 Rokmystyle Return Policy 

At Rokmystyle, we carefully curate every piece for you to Rok with confidence. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds.

We offer store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

✨ Eligibility

To qualify for store credit or exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking confirmation). 
  • Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.

Items returned outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Items purchased using any discount code
  • Items purchased with automatic discounts.

No exceptions.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and are not added to store credit totals.

We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking, as Rokmystyle is not responsible for lost returns.

💳 Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Once your return is received, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

After inspection and approval, we will:

• Process your return in our system
• Issue your online store credit code
• Email you instructions on how to use it

Please note:

  • Store credit is non-transferable
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Store credit cannot be applied toward shipping costs
  • Store credit is valid for online purchases only

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date issued.

We will do our best to place your requested item on hold until we receive your return. Please note that exchanges are based on product availability and cannot be guaranteed.
