I started styling right out of my apartment just for fun. My friends kept telling me I had a real eye for fashion and encouraged me to turn my talent into something bigger. I knew I had a "passion for fashion", but I wasn't sure how to turn it into a career.
For a while, I sold clothing as a side gig, but everything changed when I met several woman who dreaded shopping. They struggled to visualize outfits, often resorting to whatever was easiest to grab from their closets. I saw their frustration, and I knew I could help. I wanted to be their mirror, their guide to feeling confident in what they wore.
After transforming the wardrobes of friends and seeing the impact firsthand, I realized my true calling: Wardrobe Styling. I wanted to help woman look and feel fabulous, no matter their lifestyle. So, in October 2013, Rok My Style was born.
My mission? To be there for the busy moms, the woman who hate to go shopping, and those who just don't feel their best in their clothes. As a wardrobe stylist and personal shopper, I am here to make fashion effortless, empowering, but most of all fun!
